I am mohamed asif mohinudeen, i had studied my sslc in karanata and now currently pursuing B.com bangalore university. my name is misspelt in my sslc marks card as MOHAMED ASIF MAIDEEN bcos of this mistake ... the same name is continuing till tis day

Presuming that you want to remove the confusion regarding the wrong done in the spelling of your name, you have to affirm a affidavit before the Magistrate stating the facts behind the spelling mistakes and concluding that both these persons are same and identical. Thereafter publish an advertisement in the newspaper.Take help of a local lawyer.

can i survive... with tis for my whole life.. and i hav plan to go aboard for further studies.... so pls guide me.. wen i met a lawyr here ... they are tellin me tat tis can be done only thru court order..

The opinion of those lawyers is correct. I am standing counsel for Central Board of Secondary Education and as per my experience only courts can do this.

But,the decree court order for such a silly thing takes hell of time.. i heard tat this case can be closed only after 2yrs is tat true.. i m currently doing my final yr b.com is ther any other way to solve tis prob.. all my passport,voter id,driving license of india are spelt correctly as mohamed asif mohinudeen but career ceritificate mohamed asif maideen

Dear Mohd., No other way you have to get declare your correct name. Before filing the case you have to issue notice to Govt., of Karnataka, Rep., by Deputy Commissioner of Dist and DDPI u/s 80 of CPC. Limitation comes to play. So you have to aver that the fact of spelling mistake in carrer certificate came to when certificate was obtained.

can anyone change tis stupid indian law... see i m jst a student and silly name mistake tey are hurtin me like tis as if i murder... pls lawyer tell me any othr way to solve tis matter if i go court i heard tat it wil tak 2yrs... wat can i do tis two yrs.... i want to study further work ... i m in final yr b.com jst 6months to complete i did many things to solve but i cannot ... so pls i beg u... such an stupid indian law...
