issue of my grandfathers property

I srinivas from karimnager,telangana.my grandfather aged 81years he have 4acecrs land.the land purchase my grandfather only.but he was not interested to give to me.he as two sons my father was elder.he want to give he younger son.then how can I get my property sir.

Your Grand father's Self Earned Property and He Could Dispose/Settle as Per His Wish.Your Family Should be Not in Good Terms and That should be the Reason.Sort it out With your amicable approach "On Saying Please"

You have no right to claim any share in the property belongs to your grandfather.your grandfather can transfer the same to any person as per his desire.
