I have a query about to start security services business.

My client ask me to start security services business; and legal action about this.

So; anybody help & tie up with me for legal works in future.

You will have to register the firm with excise department, who is the officer of service tax

Registration of the firm, registration with labor department, EPF, ESIC department, registration, Registration with municipal office for doing business, Service tax registration are few but not all (if falling in respective category) of the formalities. If security staff are preferred from ex- serviceman category, information to body looking their rehabilitation.
