Cheated by an insurance comoany

Hello sir/Madam,
I got call from a firm named MAXPRO(Tambaram) that i got free medical claim for one year.When we went to claim it they introduced a general policy for 17 years term in the company AEGON Religare Life Insurance.They brain washed us about the policy and after verifying about the aegon religare if its legitimate we have opted for the policy.i invested my pension amount in it sir.We paid the premium amount also to that agency.But even after the verification calls we did not get login information from the company. following up with that maxpro took place for two months but of no use.after 3rd month the company itself wasn't there.we found its head office at arumbakkam after a deliberate search and we contacted the agency manager. They dragged us now more than 8 months and we did not get login details.We asked our money back but they said we cant return and instead we will put insurance in some other company named future general.But no progress in that also.we travel daily 80 km to get their update.but no use.Please help us and show us the way to get our money back sir and guide us how to proceed legally. your timely help is much appreciated.Thank you.

Hope you shall take it positively.
You must have heard ‘Buyer Beware’.
You alone are responsible.
IRDA has issued advertisements in newspapers, TV etc and then many of the insurance companies have released the advertisements that ‘Beware of Fraudsters, spurious calls’…………………….
Still you have fallen for free insurance!
Is there ever anything free?
Your money has not reached any of the insurance company. Have they produced any proof of deposit to you? As per IRDA guidelines,IRDA and these companies may help you if you report the fraud.
The insurance company or these people are not at all concerned whether it is pension money or something else.
You have probably no evidence (audio/visual/witnessed) of the statements made by these people, as posted by you in this thread. You should have made full video and collected evidence of admission, and lodged a complaint and extracted your money at the first instance.
These people may disappear from current address also.
Before it happens gather crowd of your community leaders, well wishers, media, lawyer, and get them caught by police and collect your money.
Litigation shall be lengthy and you will have to produce the evidence.
You may wait for advise of other experts.

Consult local lawyer, show him all documents with you and discuss in detail
