My friend wants to adopt a son from his relatives i.e. (natural parents) residing at Palwal Distt ( Haryana) whereas my friend(Adoptive parents)are residing at Jind Distt ( Haryana)where we can register adoption deed,plz advice.Thanx n Regards

You can get registration only at the place where the adoptive parents reside means at Jind.

EITHER at jind or palwal , no specific place is describe in act but you can see sec 16 of act !

No specific place of registration is mentioned. It is better to register, where you conduct the ceremonies of adoption.
