If the opposite party and their counsels deliberatly abstains from hearing / crossing, and asking to set aside decrees on ex parte and default second time and again abstains from evidence-trials, to delay, what is the remedy left to the aggrieved-simply attends court and returns-almost 3 years........

The facts stated lacks clarity. Who is seeking to set aside decree? If there is a decree, where is the question of cross examination.

The orders issued in my favour-ex parte in my OP and for dismissal of my opponent's OPs for default. Mine is for divorce and opponent's for Maintenance and gold. They deliberately delayed the proceedings on 10 postings. Never ready to cross me also...!! What's the remedy if the court allows this abuse and misuse of process of law.
