Cancellation of bail

(Querist) 01 June 2015 This query is : Resolved 
My Husband is in judicial custody in section 376 D. I want to take divorce but he refused. Can i cancel his bail in which he is in jail??

Let him get bail first then apply for its cancellation.
Your query seems like celebrating birthday of a child even before his birth.
File a suit for divorce and prove your allegations. Then only you will get divorce.
