Hello sir I got acquittal in 498a case and I want to file divorce suit but I won't to know on grounds of mental cruelty will I have to pay alumni and maintenance to her.

FALSE IMPLICATION IN CRIMINAL CASE ITSELF WOULD AFFORD CRUELTY AS GROUND OF DIVORCE.

YOU CAN NOT SKIP YOUR RESPONSIBILITY OF HER MAINTENANCE IF SHE IS UNABLE.YOU MAY BE ASKED TO PAY HER ALIMONY IN LUMP SUM OR PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE.

Yes you can file divorce on the ground of mental cruelty as she had filed false cases upon you , you have to give maintenance if she is unable for her maintenance.
