Passport for illegitimate child of three years

I am in a live in relationship and have one daughter aged 3 years from it. I want to apply for her passport. Her biological father does not have a valid passport. I have applied for my passport. I want to know what documents will be needed to make my daughter's passport and whether it is possible to get her a passport without father's passport.

you must be having birth certificate of the child wherein name of parents are mentioned . visit the passport office and make inquires in this regard

In absence of biological father, you can not apply for passport.

Consent of father whose name reflected in birth certificate is required.
