Hello
My husband file divorce case onthe base of curelty on 2012. I dont want to give divorce iam house wife..wat should i do...how long dis divorce case go..can divorce case cancelled?on wat basic?pls help me..

you should file RCR case, and if any counseling contact by the court you should appear and avoid to give concern to divorce to your husband, meanwhile you have rights to get interim maintenance from your husband.

Engage a local lawyer and discuss ob points of your reply.
If in your reply you state not to give him divorce, getting of divorce for your husband would be impossibility.

You can very well challenge his case if you do not want to give him divorce. The cruelty has to be proved by him. The divorce case may take a long time, it may take another two years too.
