Respected Sir / madam,
our sites got registered in our names during NOV 2004 and the purchased plots holds DC conversion order in Bangalore North ( Singa pura ) near Lakshmipura in survey no 94. The Banks financed us in purchasing the said sites, But now as usual the earlier landlord has filed the case among themselves as partition case and obtained temporary injection order by misleading the court that the land is agricultural one.
Our case no : OS 1765/12.
Could you kindly let me know the status of my case.
Thanking you
Hari

If troublesome peoples make us to roam in the courts, bear Lawyer fees and get leave sanction from work to attend for court proceeding. Finally if we win in the court can we claim all the expenses beared by us from the opponent party
Nowadays it has become fancy for some time realtors to use police station and court as a base to threaten the poor common man. They file case themselves and ask us to go for out of court settlement.
police functions based on court order and court proceeding takes years by which the common man is victimized in building the dream own house and to get relaxed from the rented house and house owner torture.

The land mafia people with their such anti social and illegal acts are very popular in Bangalore atleast in the last few years. In this the realtors, police, lawyers and the mafias are hand in gloves with each other. Some lawyers take up only such cases to see quick buck, but they do not conduct the cases honestly, they are neither faithful to their clients. In your case, since you have obtained bank loan, don't worry, go ahead with the civil dispute, but please be in touch with your lawyer and follow up the case properly without letting your lawyer to misguide you or colluding with the opposite lawyer. If you suspect your lawyer, immediately change him, do not run a risk by losing your case. The bank will grant loan only after getting proper legal opinion from their panel of advocates. This legal opinion may help you as a concrete evidence to challenge their case.

One can always change a lawyer. There will be no hassles. However, before changing the lawyer, one has to make full and final payment of fee to the earlier lawyer. Then he will give No Objection Certificate in the new Vakalatnama which you will give in favour of your new lawyer.

As civil matter ; follow the advise of Shri Anirudh.
In criminal cases; no need for NOC.
