Application of motor transport worker act

Hi,

I have many forklifts and heavy handling equipment to load and discharge cargo and container, as well as stack them in the warehouse all of which are within my premises. these equipment do not ever perform any function outside my premises and are not moving on the public roads.

My licence is under the shops and commercial establishment act.

My query is whether I will need to comply with minimum wages under the shops and establishments act or under the motor vehicles act.

any clarity with suitable case law would be much appreciated.
