Court fee in drt matters for enforcing common security of mortgage

(Querist) 15 May 2014 This query is : Resolved 
the bank filed case against the cold storage formers who availed produce loan on different dates, and for all the loans the cold storage owner has given a mortgage of immovable property. the DRT has taken a objection how a common suit is maintainable on different cause of actions by payment of maximum court fee of 1.50 lakhs. please help with some citation.
