Hi,
I have filed a divorce case... in which hearing is not yet started.. I am not happy with the advocate as I don't feel the advocated is proactive or concern about my case... it would be grate help if someone suggest me if I should go for new advocate or continue with the same...
Will the new advocate charge me more to take over the case?
Thanks & Regards

dot keep on changing advocates . you can engage counsel to argue your brief . retain original advocate on record . he has drafted petition as per your instructions and is familiar with facts of the case

You may change your advocate if you are not satisfied with your present advocate. However, it is better not to change till you have adequate reasons to believe that your present lawyer is not looking after your interest properly.
