I have query regarding the basic salary.

How much minimum basic salary will be provided by organization by labour law.

How much increment we will get by percentage.

look into Min. Wages Act.

The Dept. of labor checks CPI and accordingly sets Min. Wages.
The local o/o Labor Commissioner must be having and can provide notifications issued from time to time.

The local Labor Consultant/HR consultant can also provide the same.
