Q1.AT THIS STAGE CAN WE TAKE THE COURT FEE BACK AS WE ARE NOT INTERESTED TO FILE THE CASE AGAIN.
Q2.IF ANY PROCEDURE ACCORDING TO CPC OR COURT FEE ACT PLS PROVIDE SECTIONS AND PROCEDURE .

check the high court rules for refund of court fees .
