Obc certficate

madam/sir i need your help in these points.
1. OBC listed person (central list notified in ncbc website) of one state can avail reservations in other state where his caste is not listed as OBC.

2. OBC listed person in central list for a state(ncbc website) can avail reservations in employment/education institutions of central government.

3. if a OBC girl marries to a general boy. Can she still avail reservations.

4. and the same OBC girl has not obtained certificate yet but her father has OBC certificate. How she can obtain her OBC certificate.?

sir it is not hypothetical problem. In my family this is a case.

in central list OBC of UP a caste yadav is in list whereas in central list of gujarat yadav caste is not in OBC. so i want to know that weather she can avail benifits of OBC in gujarat also. Her family is settled in Gujarat.
And after marraige to a general caste can she still avail benifits.

A general category never avail the facilities of OBC.can u define an OBC girl married with general category the what will be her present category ?

OBC in UP cannot be the OBC for Gujarat, unless specifically listed for the purpose.

When she marries an other caste boy, she loses the right to get benefits even in UP.
