Negligence by police

(Querist) 10 February 2014 This query is : Resolved 
What are the next steps after FIR lodged under sec 498, 406 more than month before. Police is not taking steps forward. Respondents are trying for anticipatery bail.I want to oppose their bail plea. Is it posasible to appear in court personely without lowyer? What are the solutions for negligence by police.

court will grant AB to accused .police investigations take time . cops are over burdened

The opposite party can approach for anticipatory bail. Police investigation may take time.
