Regarding waqf board land

Dear All

i have purchased Waqf Board Land in Kaithal (haryana) so Pls suggust me this dicussion is right for me or not. There is no any problem in future against this land. if you have suggestion for me so pls tell me. Because my family is deponding on this land.

You should not purchase Waqf Board lands. If you want to purchase the said land, you should have to get NOC from Waqf Board. Or otherwise, you will be facing legal problems, if the Board raises any dispute.

It was a wrong decision if purchase was not sanctioned by permission or NOC of the Waqf Board.
