Land sharing

my father had property of 60 acres land from my grandfather. my father divided their property among we three brother 20 acres each. he distributed their land before 15 years ago by taking consent with our two sister, at the time sisters not interesting to take their share.our sister got married about 30 years ago.Now due some dispute in our family my sister asking their share in our land,
1) Can they Legally claim their share because property is distrubited 15 years back with their constant.
2) If Yes what will their share,
