Could you please tell how to terminate the proceeding in lower court after fir quashing in hc in 498a 406

And the process of getting passport back from police

And time process in each stage

A FIR has already been got quashed in the High court, an application is required to be moved to discharge the accused persons with he specific prayer to return the passport. This process shall require only a day time.

Yes in the discharge petition, you can mention that the passport has already been in the custody of police which need to be returned.
