IN THIS CASE CHARGE SHEET WAS FILE IN 3rd JANUARY 2012. BUT TILL TODAY THE CASE TRIAL IS NOT START,BECAUSE OF COMPLAINT IS NOT PRESENT. MY QUESTION IS SIR, IS THERE ANY PROVISION IN CRPC OR ANY DIRECTION FROM SUPREME COURT TO DISPOSE THE CASE FOR ABOVE MENTION SITUATION .

What is the requirement of the complainant in a State case at the time of the framing of charges?

The complainant being a witness is required only to depose his evidence on summon from the trial court.
