my brother wife did not want to live with us and there parents are calling on mobile us that they want there girl to with them. they also threatening on mobile that send their girl with them. if she go with them there are chance they will file 489A against us. now we want to divorce

record the telephonic threats . dont file for divorce now . try to seetle through marriage counsellor

Record all the threatening. Try for amicable solution. Don't initiate legal proceedings from your side as it may invite 3-4 cases against you.

Send her on executing MOU. that she is going on her own Wish and Will, No cruelty, no dowry , not harassed. Though u want to keep her, she do not want to reside with u.
If bot H W sign, good and well, otherwise keep phone record as proof
