Regarding cheque bounce

MY father gave 10 lakh to his friend and got a cheque for security.the cheque is signed and the amount is filled by his friend but it does not have date.my father died before 4 months.his friend is unlikely to give the money.what are the legal solution available to me.please help

yes you have rights to claim your father debt,

had your father made any agreement with him or not?

and send legal notice with aforsaid statement.
