Tampered with minutes of society

Dear Sirs,

The office bearers of our society has tampered with the minutes of AGM held recently as they did in last two AGM of the society. What action could be possible in the matter and what is the possible outcome of the matter, if action is initiated.

minutes have to be approved in AGM . was it done as provided under cooperative societies act

Whether the approved minutes from AGM were amended or were amended before approval from AGM.
