my father has expired.i want to add my name as heir in place of his name in 7/12 extracts of our ancestral property.
to whom should i meet or write?
is there any specific form for heir-ship?

Mutation in 7/12 extracts takes place before TEHSILDAR and mutation with respect to before municipality/nagar panchyat/ village secretary,as your case be.
