Transfer of property

Hi all,

There are 3 persons as legal heirs of a man. 1)wife 2)daughter 3)minor son aged 17. If daughter relinquishes her right on the property, the son can sell the property without wife's consent? does wife has any right on property?

all 3 legal heirs have equal share in property . son cannot sell the property without consent of other legal heirs .

Son can only sell his share only and not full property.
