the petitioner has submitted case withdrawl memo in the case filed under crpc 125 in a family court.
the judge has accepted and said the case withdrawn..

will the court issue any order ?

how the court will close the case.

no, the court can not pass any order after withdrawn order

When the court have disposed the case as withdrawn there cannot be any further order.
