Registrar of co-op hsg societies, cidco, maharashtra

(Querist) 29 June 2013 This query is : Resolved
The Co-op Hsg Society where I own a flat Managing Committee has been dissolved for nearly a year and an Administrator is nowadays taking care of the administration.

My query:
Does the Administrator have identical rights and powers which a Secretary of a Society generally has?
What are his duties?
This particular person according to his convenience at times says that certain issues are beyond his powers and sometimes he says that he has powers to take certain actions. it is really confusing for owners like us to understand whom we are to approach with our problems.

Administrator is a temporary arrangement and has no power as of Secretary or President but he has to perform all duties for the intervening period.
