Sir there is a plot of my great grand father, which is now acquired by my grandfather. My grandfather had two sons my father and my father's elder brother(badepapa). My father died 2 years ago in may 2011. I live with my widow mother in a rented flat and our financial condition is very poor. When I asked for the partition of land to build up a small house, they opposed me. My grandfather is on my badepapa's side and said he will not give us a penny of the land. So, suggest me some legal ways how to get my land. I will be highly grateful to you sir. Please reply soon..

Send a strong legal notice to them and give them some time in the notice to divide and give your share.
If they dont, file a suit for partition.

Engage local lawyer, suit for partition will serve your purpose.
