Phone harrasment

(Querist) 29 May 2013 This query is : Resolved 
A girls current boyfriend has harassed me through phone based on the wrong information given by the girls ex boyfriend.I have my call records that i didnt make any calls to the girls number also i have recorded the harassment call made by the current boyfriend.

Can i start a defamation case against both of the guys as he used very filthy language and has been bothering me. Plz help

No defamation case lies out of telephonic conversation.

Defamatory case cannot be filed in the given case but definitely you can file other cases against both of them.
