Return of property

(Querist) 29 April 2013 This query is : Resolved 
My client is charged u/s 406, 420 IPC. The Police have seized Gold Jewellery Pledged Receipts. My client requires the receipts to redeem the jewels, else the jewels will be auctioned. I have filed a return of property petition which is about to come up for hearing.

Require Citations in favor of my client.

Apply before the Magistrate. The court is likely to direct the Police to deliver the receipts.
