According to muslim law,
It's Distance kindred matter inheritance need succession certificate for that agriculture land

(1)Have a woman right in mother's mother (Grandmother) ancestral agriculture land inheritance in Muslim Law.?

(3) Can he add a woman's child in succession certificate Application ?

(4) have any citation to add the women in mother's mother agriculture land 4 woman ?

There is no concept of ancestral property in Muslims. Nearest relative outs the further relative in inheritance. There is no simple reply to your query without knowing the list of all other relatives of the grandmother in the given case.

There are plenty of judgments over succession.
