Name change

sir my name is sivaprasad, and i want to change my name to "kishor".my ssc,intermediate,b,tech certificates are with sivaprasad name.if we imagine now my name kishor,now if i want to apply a Govt. job then, with what name i have to apply? either sivaprasad or kishor?

why you want to complicate matters ? stick with shiv prasad only .

if you want name change it has to be publisged in official gazette . apply in your new name and rely upon gazette notification that shiv prasad and kishre are the same

The name what ever is mentioned in your certificates shall have to be mentioned in your employment applications.
