Respected seniors!

one of the ground that the Accused got acquitted in 138 N.I. Act is "father name of the Accused is not mentioned in the complaint". i have filed revision in MSJ court and matter is comming up for hearing tomarro. so please i beg you to help me with any citation stating that the above said reason is not a ground to Acquit the Accused.

No citation is needed. The judgement is outright bad, argue your case without fear.
