Saled deed registered without sign of witnesses

Sale Deed is registered without having signs of Witnesses on the document in such case what will be the remedy ? does Correction deed will work ?Document is registered in Maharashtra state

A Rectification Deed is required to be registered in such case, however, this is very strange and exceptional position.
