In transit sale procedure

We are the dealer of ITC LTD. Hyderabad (A.P) ,based at Kanpur U.P . we had given one consignment to one party based at allahabad against form C (IN transit sale)
ITC ltd had given the party details of allhabad on the bill and the transporter had mentioned the Allahabad party name on his (LR)also , but the party is saying that this process of writing his name on the bill and LR is not correct.

So I want to clarify that if this procedure is not correct then what should be the procedure and paper work required for this kind of sale.

as dealers of ITC you cna afford legal fees . contact local lawyer

The proper procedure was to mention only the name of principal buyer and bill accordingly would have been prepared and further sale should have been affected by principal buyer.

Transit sale only can be made by endorsement on LR.
