(Querist) 18 October 2012 This query is : Resolved 
my mother is very sick i have one flat on his name ,she cannot go anywhere except home .she want sell in his property if i make POA TO SELL THE SAID FLAT. IS IT POSSIBLE NOW A DAY ?? AND WHAT ACTION TEKEN BEFOR...

if your mother is sick she can make a will in your favour bequeathing property to you . for seling the property she can make POA in your name but POA has to be regsitered .

go for regd sale deed , best.
