Add surname on cbse certificate

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to add surname in my CBSE certificates and marksheets as well.

Please provide me any reference who can do the same work at the earliest.

wd you pass out? why didnt you point out discrepancy at time of taking your certificate . how many years have passed since you cleared your cbseexams?

Dear Sir,
I passed out 12th in 2005.
I neglect that time when i got my cbse certificates.
Seven years have been passed since result out.

Now a days surname is very essential with name.

it has to be done within period of 3 years of passing out . you will need court order contact a local lawyer
