This query is : Resolved
A senior Indian muslim citizen, age 80, is totally frustrated with the behavior of his son and daughter in law towards himself, his late wife, and his three married daughters. He wishes to disown and disinherit this son from his self acquired property and movables. Is it possible for him to do this and what is the procedure. If it's not possible under the Islamic law what other ways can he opt for?
Thank you.

Not possible in Islamic Law. Law also varies in this respect for Shia and Sunni.

The query is for this same muslim gentleman. He is prepared to give up his faith just so that his hard earned belongings are not handed over to his undeserving and wicked son, who has been nothing but pain for him and his late wife.
Thank you,

You have to go and meet soem local lawyer. If he is willing to change his relgion but probably not his son.
Probably nothing may be stopping him to HIBA the self-created roperty.
