Dear friends

we are paying rent through money order to the owner. up to Nov 2011 we are paid on the name of my grand mother. but due to his death now we are paying the rent on my father name.

pls. suggest is it possible to owner to vacant the current house without any prior notice.

if he do then what is the legal action shall we take against him?

we have a electricity, water connection on our name and current address.pls suggest.

You can get stay order against eviction in that event and more over it is very difficult for the landlord to get the property vacated from you in the given facts.

Nobody can vacate the house through extra judicial means and if he does - you can recover possession and also take criminal action.

need not to worry.

your house owner can not vacate your possession without prior notice to you. if he tried for the same mean other consequences left open for you..

The landlord shall have to issue a notice to you for eviction, after which he can file a suit for eviction citing bona fide need.

If the owner has not served a notice to you, no need to worry.
