Which document is to be created when money give to some one.

(Querist) 21 May 2012 This query is : Resolved 
my friend is giving money to his friend for business what document is my friend is to be made to protect his money, my friends give him One receipt but his friend want Receipt must be notarized whether the Receipt is required to be notary if not then what document is to be made for this contract.

you just prepare pro-note, its valid for 3 years from the date of given. before expired the pronote again prepare pronote.

Ask him to make every transaction by way of cheque only(give & take),and a Promissory note.
