Courier cover lost in courier office

Dear Expert,

My friend was sent a courier to me which is contains business agreements. Unfortunately the cover has been lost in the courier office. Now the company saying they will compensate only Rs.100/-.

How can i get the more money from because I has to go to another company to go for agreement which costing Rs.2,000/- to me.

You are advised to file a complaint before your consumer forum against courier company.

you can send a legal notice to company and demand compensation, if the company is not ready to settlement you can file a complaint before consumer court.
