Dear experts,
A lady working as a CONTENGENT worker since 1st April,1999 to till date for Rs.200/- per month at MOTHER and CHILD HEALTH Centre in GOVT. Primary Health Centre.Is there any possibilty to regularise the same as permanent and getting monthly salary.To whom,she has to approach for getting the JUSTICE.Kindly advice in this regard.Now she is 35 years of age.

She may raise industrial dispute for regularisation through union.If there is no union she may go to labour court where many union representatives are coming for their cases contact one such union representative pay union fee get receipt and raise demand for regularisation to conciliation officer(Comm/Asst comm of Labour office)under the letter head of union and signature of union representative. There may be such other similarly situated workman in the area where she is working in another government department she may contact all of them to substatiate her cause.
