Hi,
Whether a factory can setup in a lease building, where the lessor got permit to construct warehouse.
If the factory get approval from inspector of factory, whether it will be legally valid

A If the permit is for warehouse, then you cannot set up a factory in the said premises.
On approaching the concerned department for approval, you shall bring to the notice of the concerned officer that the premises has got the permit for warehouse.
You may be asked to pay heavy penalty if you set up a factory without obtaining the necessary permits.

First u must know land use i.e. commercial or industrial use. If it is industrial then there is no problem otherwise get land use change.
