Dear Sir,
With a request to address my undermentioned queries:
1. Can a Company lease its property to an Individual.
2. Can the individual further give the said property on leave and license basis to another company.
3. If the property is situated in the State of Kerala, can the Leave and License Agreement be executed in the State of Maharashtra, where the Licensor resides.

1. Indeed.
2. Yes, if allowed by the original agreement, or specifically allowed in writing by landlord/company, otherwise it might entail eviction on the ground of sub-letting/parting with possession/assigning etc.
3. Execution anywhere - but registration only where property is situated (if you choose to register it)

Yes, co., can give on lease basis to an individual.
Regarding sub lease by the lessee. If there is any agreement in respect of the sub lease then individual can give it to another person on sub lease.

yes company cna give to individual . no thrid party rights cna be created by individual without consent of lessor
registartion is mandatory in maharashtra . it has to be done where property is situated ie kerala
