I had taken bunglow on rent on 6 feb,2012 and accordingly rent agreement is made for 11 months. But now i am vacating the bunglow after 3 months but unfortunately i have misplaced the rent agreement copy. Now there will be any problem in vacating bunglow or i had to make a rent agreement again from back date? Thnx in advance.

When you are vacating the property, where is the need of it any more? Anyway ask for a copy from the lessor/landlord if you want to have a look in it. It mat however be required if you fail to get anything back out of the terms of the rent agreement like security deposit , if any.

ask the licensor for copy of agreement as you have misplaced it .
then issue notice to landlord thatyou are vacating premises . you will have to give notice as provided in the agreement /
