Reguarding transfer of property through registered will

Hi,
I m padmini resisding at bangalore , I hv an ancestral property of 100 years old property related documents are missing except registered will copy of 30 years old . will this copy be helpful for getting khatha transfer.I M OPEN FOR SUGGESTIONS PLEASE HELP ME.

Yes, u can obtain certified copy from Registrar office of old document.

Thank u sir but the problem is we are not able to trace the documents the only reason is its 100 years old one. Our ancestors are not alive full particulars not known

You need to check the revenue records with the Tahsildar's office. That can help you.
