I have made my house in the year 2011 from my sole income and living with my family which includes one my sons who is married. Now and then he threaghten me to leave the house. Can I get his eviction order and get the posssession of my house. alternatively, can I sell it without giving a peny to him. Please also suggest who is actual shareholder in my property to whom I am liable to pay the share.

Yes, your family mambers except your wife has no right of residence in the said property and their status is nothing but a licensee.

To oust them you have to file a suit for eviction.
For sale , you need nobody's permission.
