Where, A permission under section 43 C of BTAL act is taken from Sub Divisional Officer and then the property is transferred by executing a registered sale deed. mutation entry of the purchaser is also certified by the revenue authorities, in this case...
1) whether the remark of Sec. 43 C on the other rights column of 7/12 extract is deserves to deleted?
2) if still the remark is on the 7/12 extract is there, whether the permission u/sec. 43 C is again required for further transfer?
3) whether the need of previous permission u/sec. 43 c is for perpetuity?

As the permission for sake has already been obtained under section 43C so the entry to the other rights shall get deleted subject to deposit of Najrana to the state Govt. as condition appended to section 43C.
